E14 (SES) LED Filament Candle Bulb 4W 470lm - Warm White 2700K

This is a 4W LED candle bulb on the E14 cap, the small Edison screw fitting usually written as SES. Two slim filament strips run up the inside of a clear glass envelope, so the lit element is part of the look rather than something hidden behind a diffuser. It gives 470 lumens at 2700K, and the pack rates it as a 40W replacement, which is the figure to check against the bulb you are taking out. E14 is the small screw cap, about 14mm across, often labelled SES on packaging. Take the old bulb out and compare: if it screws in and measures roughly 14mm at the thread, this one fits.

Can I put this on a dimmer switch?

No. It is non-dimmable, so it needs a standard on/off switch. Running a non-dimmable LED through a dimmer commonly causes flicker, audible buzz and a much shorter working life.

Is 470 lumens enough to replace my old 40W candle bulb?
