Description

The Energizer LED candle bulb is a 4.2W E27 fitting LED that delivers 470 lumens of 6500K daylight white light with a 240° beam angle. The candle profile measures 38mm diameter by 112mm height, fitting standard decorative fixtures including chandeliers, wall sconces and table lamps with exposed bulb designs. The E27 Edison screw base fits the majority of UK light fittings rated for standard screw bulbs.

Designed for areas where cool, bright task lighting is needed, the 6500K colour temperature provides a crisp daylight effect that works in home offices, kitchens, utility rooms and reading corners. The 470 lumen output from 4.2W consumption replaces a 40W incandescent bulb, reducing running costs by approximately 90%. The non-dimmable LED driver maintains constant brightness on standard switched circuits.

The 240° beam spread distributes light widely across ceilings and walls rather than projecting a narrow spot, making the bulb suitable for general room illumination in smaller spaces or as one of multiple bulbs in larger multi-light fittings. Can this bulb be used with a dimmer switch?

No. This bulb is non-dimmable and must be used on standard on/off switching circuits only. Attempting to use it with a dimmer will cause flickering or failure.

The 6500K colour temperature produces a cool daylight white light, similar to natural daylight at midday. This is brighter and cooler in tone than warm white bulbs (2700K-3000K) typically used in living rooms and bedrooms.
