This is a GU10 LED spotlight bulb drawing 2W and giving 360 lumens at 6500K, the crisp blue-white the trade calls daylight. The pack, marked LED Elite, puts it forward as a replacement for a 50W halogen spot, and the specification carries an A energy rating. The cap is the familiar GU10: two stubby pins that push in and twist a quarter turn to lock. It fits any mains-voltage GU10 holder, the type with two stubby pins that push in and twist a quarter turn to lock. If your old lamp had thin wire pins instead, that is a 12V MR16 and this will not fit it.

Can I use it on a dimmer switch?
