A B22 bayonet cap LED bulb in the classic GLS shape, the rounded household outline that most pendants, table lamps and shades were designed around. It draws 12.6W and returns 1,521 lumens of warm white light at 2,700K, and the retail pack rates that as a 100W replacement, which puts it at the bright end of household lighting. The outer is plain white rather than clear, which spreads the output evenly instead of showing bright points through a shade, and the beam angle is quoted at 240 degrees, close to all round.

How do I tell whether my lamp takes a B22 cap?

A B22 cap has two small pins on a smooth metal base and pushes in then twists a quarter turn to lock. If your old bulb screws in, it is a screw cap and will not fit.

Can I put it on a dimmer switch?
