Description

The Energizer G9 LED is a 1.8W capsule bulb that replaces traditional 20W halogen G9 bulbs, delivering 200 lumens of warm white light at 2700K. The compact two-pin G9 base fits directly into standard G9 lamp holders without adaptors, making it suitable for wall lights, decorative table lamps, chandeliers and under-cabinet lighting where halogen capsule bulbs were previously used.

This twin pack contains two bulbs rated for up to 15,000 hours of operation — approximately 15 years at three hours per day. The non-dimmable design means the bulbs operate at full 200 lumens output from switch-on and should not be used with dimmer switches. Each bulb draws 1.8W on 230V mains, reducing energy consumption by 91% compared to the 20W halogen equivalent while producing the same light output.

The 2700K colour temperature gives a warm white tone comparable to traditional incandescent and halogen lighting, avoiding the cooler blue-white cast of higher Kelvin LED bulbs.
