Description

Two cheese knives in stainless steel with forged handles in a brushed gold finish. One has a wide flat blade with a squared end; the other is narrower and finishes in a two-pronged fork. The handles are squared off and hammered, tapering from a flat end into the blade, and the steel of the blades is left bright against them.

The longer knife is 21cm and both are 4.5cm across at the widest point, so they lie flat beside a board rather than needing a holder. They come in a gift box.

Both knives are stainless steel and the handles carry a brushed gold finish. They are forged by hand with traditional tools, which leaves the faceted, slightly uneven surface, so no two handles are worked quite alike. Two knives are included and no board comes with them.
