Description

The Edge is a 150x40cm free standing full-length mirror with a stepped silver frame built from wood backing and a bevelled glass surface. The mirror stands on a rear support strut that holds the frame at a slight lean-back angle, removing the need for wall fixing or separate floor props. At 11kg with a 2cm depth, the mirror sits stable on carpeted or hard floors without tipping when positioned against a wall or left freestanding in open floor space.

Designed for bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, dressing rooms and large hallways, the 150cm height provides a full-length reflection for outfit checks from head to floor level. The 40cm width keeps the footprint narrow enough to fit into alcoves, behind doors and along corridor walls without blocking circulation space. The rear strut folds flat against the back of the frame for storage or moving house, then extends out at installation to create the standing angle.

The stepped silver frame layers three progressively narrower bands of silver-finished wood around the mirror glass, creating a geometric border that works in both modern and traditional interiors. The frame finish is a mid-tone metallic silver rather than polished chrome, so it reflects light softly without harsh glare. The bevelled edge of the glass itself adds a second layer of visual interest at the inner edge of the frame, catching light at different angles through the day as natural light moves across the room.

How is the frame cleaned?

The silver frame is wood with a metallic finish. Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For the glass surface, use standard glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth, avoiding spray contact with the wood frame.
