Description

This E27 LED filament globe bulb pairs an old-style filament look with modern LED efficiency. The round glass envelope shows off the fine vertical filaments inside, giving a soft, warm glow that suits open pendants and fittings where the bulb is on show. It draws just 6W and uses a standard E27 screw fitting, so it slots straight into most lamps and light fittings that take a large screw cap.

The range comes in two colourways, Clear for a bright, crisp light and Amber for a warmer, more mellow tint, and in two globe sizes: a 9.5cm diameter G95 and a larger 12.5cm G125, standing 13.5cm and 16.5cm tall respectively. The smaller globe works well in clustered pendants and bedside lamps, while the bigger one holds its own as a single hanging bulb over a table or in a hallway.

The envelope is glass with an aluminium alloy base, so it feels solid in the hand. Wipe the glass gently with a dry, soft cloth when the bulb is cool and off. Handle by the base rather than the glass to keep the surface clear, and check the fitting is rated for E27 before you install.
