Description

The Dynamite is a square ceiling plate that gathers four adjustable spots onto one compact base, made for aiming light rather than washing a room evenly. Each of the four GU10 heads tilts and rotates on its own, so from a single fixing you can fan the beams out across a wall or point them all down onto a table. Lit, it gives four directed pools of light; off, the matt black metal plate reads as a small square block on the ceiling.

The base measures 135mm square and the heads swing out on a 141mm reach, so the beams clear the surface below. Because every spot moves by itself, one fitting can pick out several points at once, which suits a snug, a landing, a home office or a reading corner where a spread of downlights would be too much and a single spot too little.

The frame is matt black metal and the fitting is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms. It takes four GU10 lamps, supplied with the plate, so it arrives ready to wire in, and the replaceable caps let you change the brightness or beam later by swapping the bulbs.

What kind of light does the Dynamite give?

Four separate beams you can aim independently. Each GU10 head tilts and rotates on the square plate, so the four spots can pick out art, light a worktop and graze a shelf, or all point down onto the surface below rather than filling the room evenly.

Does it come with bulbs?

Yes. It is supplied with four GU10 lamps, so it works as soon as it is wired. The GU10 caps are replaceable, which lets you swap them later to change the brightness, beam angle or colour tone.

Can it be dimmed?

There is no dimmer built in, but because it runs standard GU10 lamps you can dim it by fitting dimmable GU10 bulbs on a compatible wall dimmer.

Where does it suit best?

At 135mm square with four aimable heads it works from a single ceiling point in a snug, a landing, a home office or a reading corner. The heads reach out 141mm, so the beams clear the surface you are lighting.
