Description

The Duceri 4.8V 3500mAh is a nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) replacement battery for Duceri emergency lighting units, specifically the EM5WNMCDLK and EM5WNMDLK models. The battery is supplied in a series-wired configuration, delivering 4.8V nominal voltage with a 3500mAh capacity for maintaining emergency lighting operation during mains power failure.

Designed as a direct replacement for the original battery pack in compatible Duceri emergency lighting fittings, this battery restores autonomy to units where the original battery has degraded or failed. The 3500mAh capacity provides the runtime required to meet UK BS 5266 emergency lighting duration standards when paired with the correct luminaire wattage. The battery measures 200mm length by 90mm width by 45mm height, fitting the battery compartment of the specified Duceri models.

Nickel-cadmium chemistry offers reliable charge retention and cycle life in emergency lighting applications, where the battery remains on trickle charge for extended periods and discharges only during mains failure or testing.
