Description
The Knightsbridge NETUSBPDWH is a 50mm x 50mm dual USB charging module with one 18W Quick Charge USB-A port and one 45W Power Delivery USB-C port, designed to fit euro-module faceplates. The module outputs up to 12V DC 1.5A on the USB-A port and up to 20V DC 2.25A on the USB-C port, allowing simultaneous fast-charging of two devices from a single 230V mains supply.
Designed for modular electrical installations in homes, offices and hospitality environments, the module fits 50mm x 50mm apertures in compatible euro-module faceplates and requires a minimum 47mm mounting box depth behind the wall. The white polycarbonate faceplate sits flush with the faceplate once installed, providing a clean finish that matches other white grid modules in the same range. The module is certified to BS EN 62368 and carries an IP20 rating for standard indoor dry locations.
The USB-C Power Delivery protocol negotiates voltage between 5V and 20V depending on the connected device, making the module compatible with fast-charging laptops, tablets and smartphones that support USB-PD. The USB-A port supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, delivering adaptive voltage to compatible devices. Both ports can operate simultaneously, with the module's internal circuitry managing power distribution to prevent overload.

Frequently Asked
What faceplates is this module compatible with?
The module fits any euro-module faceplate with a 50mm x 50mm aperture. Knightsbridge produces compatible grid faceplates in various finishes including white, chrome, brass and black. The module clips into the faceplate from behind and is secured with the faceplate's fixing screws.
Can both USB ports be used at the same time?
Yes. The module supports simultaneous charging on both the USB-A and USB-C ports, with internal circuitry managing power distribution between the two outputs. Total output will not exceed the module's maximum rating when both ports are in use.
What devices support USB Power Delivery charging?
USB-PD is supported by most modern laptops (MacBook, Dell XPS, HP Spectre), tablets (iPad Pro, Surface Pro) and smartphones (iPhone 8 onwards, Samsung Galaxy S9 onwards, Google Pixel). The module negotiates the voltage and current the connected device requests, up to the 45W maximum.
What back box depth is required for installation?
A minimum 47mm mounting box depth is required. The module projects 36.5mm from the rear of the faceplate, so shallow back boxes or surface-mounted installations may not provide sufficient clearance.
