Domo 3 Light Pendant Light - Polished Chrome with Black Fabric Shade

The Domo is a 600mm pendant light with a hemispherical black fabric shade suspended from a polished chrome frame and canopy. The shade is made from crinkle-textured fabric that gives the surface a subtle irregular pattern, adding depth to the matt black finish. Three E27 bulb holders sit inside the shade, diffusing light through the fabric while the polished chrome frame provides a reflective accent around the shade's lower rim.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.6m or higher, the Domo provides both ambient light through the fabric and a downward wash for surfaces below. The 600-2000mm adjustable drop allows the pendant to be positioned 700-800mm above a dining table or 800-1000mm above a kitchen island depending on room proportions. The 2.8kg weight requires a secure ceiling rose and the polished chrome canopy fits standard UK ceiling fixings.

The crinkle texture on the fabric creates a linear pattern across the shade surface, visible when the pendant is lit and adding tactile detail when viewed close. The polished chrome frame and suspension cables contrast with the matt black fabric, giving the fitting a clean division between reflective metal and soft textile. Is the Domo dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable bulbs and paired with a compatible dimmer switch. The pendant itself is dimmer-compatible but requires both dimmable bulbs and a suitable trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer depending on bulb type.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 600-2000mm adjustable drop works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. For a dining table the pendant typically hangs 700-800mm above the surface, requiring a minimum ceiling height of around 2.8m for comfortable clearance.

Can the fabric shade be cleaned?
