Description

The Deva Spot is a compact adjustable head that clips onto the Deva magnetic track and aims a single directed beam rather than a broad wash. A small black cylinder tilts and turns on its stem, its 30-degree COB beam picking out a picture, a shelf or an object. Lit, it lands one clean cone of light on the target; off, it reads as a neat black barrel set on the black profile.

The head is 57mm wide and 78mm tall, projecting 45mm from the rail, and it both tilts on its arm and slides by magnet along the track, so the beam can be aimed and re-aimed as a display changes. Its narrow 30-degree cone suits accent light on artwork, joinery or a feature wall, drawn from a track that also carries disc heads and grazing bars for the general light around it.

The body is coated matt black aluminium with an integrated COB LED giving 780 lumens at 4000K cool white, at a colour rendering index above 90 so the lit object holds true colour. It is an ON-OFF head rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, powered from the Deva track and its separate 24V driver rather than from a mains feed of its own.

No bulb, as the LED is built in and included. It does need the Deva track and a separate 24V driver, because it draws power from the rail, so it is fitted as part of a Deva run rather than wired on its own.
