Dessa Geometric Polyester Throw - Fuchsia

The Dessa throw is a woven polyester throw with a small-scale geometric design of repeating diamonds set out across the whole cloth. Ours is the fuchsia colourway, a warm pink-red ground carrying a lighter diamond pattern, and it finishes at each short end with a knotted fringe in a contrasting off-white. It measures 130 x 180cm, a single-size throw sized to drape over a sofa, an armchair or the foot of a bed with a little to spare on either side.

This one is made to work indoors and out, which is the useful thing to know about it. Polyester does not soak up moisture the way natural fibres do, so a throw made from it copes with a garden bench, a patio chair or a seaside afternoon far better than a wool or cotton one would, and it dries out quickly when it does get damp.
