Description

The Deco is a 91 x 66cm rectangle wall mirror surrounded by a stepped matt silver resin frame with a 3.5cm projection from the wall. The frame uses a layered profile with shallow steps that catch and soften light, giving depth to the matt silver finish without creating harsh reflections.

Designed as a full-length mirror for bedrooms, dressing areas and hallways, the Deco provides head-to-toe reflection at a height that works when wall-mounted at 20-30cm above floor level. The 91cm height suits both standing use and seated dressing table positions. The matt silver finish pairs with cool-toned interiors, grey palettes and chrome or stainless steel fixtures without competing for attention.

The resin frame keeps the mirror lightweight at 7-10kg despite its size, making it easier to handle during installation than equivalently-sized wooden or metal-framed mirrors. The stepped profile of the frame adds visual interest without ornament, making the Deco suitable for both traditional interiors that need a restrained accent and contemporary spaces that benefit from a textured frame edge. Keyhole or D-ring fixings on the reverse allow vertical wall mounting on two fixing points.

What wall fixings are needed?

The mirror weighs between 7-10kg and requires two wall fixings rated for at least 15kg combined load. Use appropriate fixings for your wall type — masonry walls need plugs and screws, plasterboard walls need cavity fixings or fixings into studs.

Can it be hung horizontally?

The mirror is designed for vertical orientation to provide full-length reflection. The fixings on the reverse are positioned for vertical hanging, though it could technically be mounted horizontally if additional fixings were added.

Is the frame real metal or painted resin?

The frame is resin moulded to a stepped profile and finished in matt silver. It is not metal, which keeps the weight manageable for a mirror of this size.

How is the frame cleaned?

Wipe the resin frame with a soft dry cloth or a barely-damp microfibre cloth. For the mirror glass, use standard glass cleaner or a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar, avoiding overspray onto the frame.
