Description

The Crown is a round LED pendant that reads as a broad disc of soft light framed by a band of clear acrylic cut with a crystal effect. The light comes from an integrated LED behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser, so the glow is even and diffused rather than a hard beam, while the faceted acrylic ring around the edge picks up and breaks the light into small sparkles. Unlit, it holds its shape as a clean black ring with a clear crystal-effect edge.

It measures 600mm across and hangs on a cable adjustable from 300mm to 2050mm, so you can set the height over a table or in an open space. The LED gives 3050 lumens of warm 3000K light and is built in, so there are no bulbs to buy or change. We supply it ready to wire in.

The frame and ceiling cap are metal in a black finish, with an opal polycarbonate diffuser and a clear acrylic decorative element cut for a crystal effect, on a PVC cable. It is rated IP20 for indoor rooms and the LED is rated for 30,000 hours. It is not dimmable as standard.

What kind of light does the Crown give?

A soft, even warm-white glow at 3000K. The light sits behind an opal diffuser so it spreads gently across a room, while the cut acrylic ring around the rim catches the light and adds a little sparkle at the edge.

Does it need bulbs?

No. The Crown uses an integrated LED rated at 31W and 3050 lumens, so the light source is built in and included. There are no separate bulbs to buy, and the LED is rated for around 30,000 hours.

Can it be dimmed?

It is supplied as a standard on/off fitting and is not dimmable out of the box. If you need dimming we can advise on wiring it to a compatible dimming system.

Where does it suit best?

At 600mm across with a drop adjustable from 300mm to 2050mm, it suits a dining table or kitchen island, and works over a table or in an entrance where you want a soft central light.
