Description

The Croma is a 74cm square wall mirror with a hexagonal central mirror plate set within a grey lacquered wood frame. The hexagon shape is created through bevelled glass edges that catch and reflect light at different angles depending on viewing position, while the outer square frame provides a clean mounting profile against the wall.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms, the Croma works as both a functional full-length check mirror (when hung at appropriate height) and as a geometric accent piece above consoles, sideboards or dressing tables. The 74cm width allows the mirror to be hung in portrait or landscape orientation depending on wall space and furniture placement below. The grey lacquered finish on the wood frame sits between pale ash and charcoal tones, pairing with both warm and cool colour schemes without competing with wall colour.

The frame depth of 3.5cm gives the mirror a slight projection from the wall, creating a shadow line around the perimeter that defines the piece against the background. At 7kg, the mirror requires two wall fixings into solid masonry or into wall studs for plasterboard installations. The lacquered finish on the wood resists dust accumulation and can be wiped clean with a soft cloth.

Yes. The square outer frame and central hexagon design work in either orientation. The fixing points on the rear allow for both mounting positions.

What wall fixings are needed?

At 7kg, the mirror requires two fixings rated for at least 4kg each. Use wall plugs and screws into solid masonry, or toggle fixings into wall studs for plasterboard. The fixings are not included.

How is the lacquered frame cleaned?

Wipe the grey lacquered wood with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For marks or fingerprints, use a barely-damp cloth with water only. Avoid furniture polishes or sprays which can leave residue on the lacquer.
