Description

The Corvessa is a ceiling spotlight made of brass, with a single cylindrical head on a short jointed stem below a round base that fixes to the ceiling. The head is adjustable, so you can angle the light where you want it. It is 20cm tall and 8.5cm across, a compact size for a ceiling light. It takes one GU10 bulb, sold separately, at up to 5W per bulb, so you choose the bulb yourself. We offer it in nine finishes: Matt Black, Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Matt Antique Pink, Matt Honey Yellow, Matt Mint Turquoise, Matt Sapphire Blue, Polished Brass and Satin Brass.

This is a light for indoors, fixed to the ceiling. In a kitchen, the Corvessa or a row of them over an island or a dining table puts light just where you prepare food and sit down to eat, and the adjustable head lets you turn it towards open shelves, a dresser or a picture rather than straight down. It is rated IP20, which means dry rooms only, so place it where it will never be splashed. Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Antique Brass and Antique Silver sit well in a warm, traditional kitchen, Matt Black suits a pared-back scheme, and Matt Antique Pink, Matt Honey Yellow, Matt Mint Turquoise and Matt Sapphire Blue bring a cheerful accent to a plain white ceiling.

Every Corvessa is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass, with the matt colours painted to RAL references: Matt Antique Pink RAL 3014, Matt Black RAL 9005, Matt Honey Yellow RAL 1005, Matt Mint Turquoise RAL 6033 and Matt Sapphire Blue RAL 5003, handy if you are matching paint. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered. It is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician, so it is worth booking one when you order.
