The Corvessa is a brass ceiling spotlight with two lights: two cylindrical heads, each on a short stem, set on a round ceiling plate. Each head angles on its stem, so you can point the light where you need it. It takes two GU10 bulbs, and bulbs are sold separately: choose GU10 bulbs of up to 5W per bulb. It is made from brass and comes in a choice of finishes: Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Matt Black, White, Polished Brass and Satin Brass. The painted finishes are Matt Black RAL 9005 and White RAL 9010. It measures from 9cm to 18cm tall and from 20cm to 39cm across.

We think the Corvessa suits a kitchen especially well: two heads from one ceiling point let you aim one light at the worktop and the other at the table or a run of shelves. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, away from anywhere it could be splashed. The finish is yours to choose for the room: Polished Brass and Satin Brass bring warmth, Antique Brass and Antique Silver have an aged look, and Matt Black or White can match a ceiling or stand against it. It is a mains fitting for a qualified electrician to install, and as a Class I fitting it needs an earth connection.

Every Corvessa is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass, and finished in the colour you choose. The two heads sit on short stems fixed to the round ceiling plate, and each can be angled once it is up. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered. When you plan where it goes, think about what each head will light, a worktop, a shelf or the table, and centre the plate between them.
