Description

The Corner-2 is a black powder-coated steel bracket designed to mount wall lights in internal and external corner positions where a standard flat-wall bracket would not give the correct projection or alignment. The bracket consists of a base plate that sits against the corner junction, with two vertical flanges that provide screw-fixing points and a horizontal platform that holds the lamp fitting at 90 degrees to the wall corner.

Designed for outdoor and indoor installation, the bracket suits garden corners, porch entries, courtyard junctions and conservatory corners where lantern-style or directional wall lights need to be positioned at the corner line rather than on a single flat wall. The pre-drilled holes on the vertical flanges allow the bracket to be fixed directly to masonry or timber with appropriate screws and wall plugs. The horizontal platform carries cable access slots and fixing holes compatible with standard back plate dimensions used by lantern and coach-style wall lights.

The black powder-coated finish provides weather resistance against rain exposure and UV degradation, making the bracket suitable for permanent outdoor installation in UK weather. The Corner-2 is compatible with most lantern-style and coach wall lights that use a standard back plate fixing. The horizontal platform carries multiple fixing holes and cable slots, so it suits Elstead's own outdoor lantern range as well as other brands using similar fixing patterns. Can it be used indoors?

Yes. While the powder-coated finish is rated for outdoor exposure, the bracket works equally well indoors for positioning wall lights at corner junctions in hallways, stairwells or rooms where corner mounting is preferred over flat-wall mounting.

How is it fixed to the wall?
