Description

The Cordelia is a brass wall light with a single tapered glass shade, set on a short arm that reaches out from a round wall plate, with a small ball where the arm meets the lampholder. It is 24cm tall and 12cm wide, and comes 13cm out from the wall, so it sits neatly beside a mirror, a bed or a fireplace. We offer it in seven finishes: Antique Silver, Antique Brass, Natural Brass, Matt Black, White, Polished Brass and Satin Brass. The glass comes in Clear or Opal.

It is rated IP65, so it suits a bathroom as well as a bedroom, a dining room or a living room. A pair either side of a bathroom mirror gives light at face height for shaving or make-up, and the same pair works just as well beside a bed or along a dining room wall. It takes one E27 bulb, which is sold separately, up to 6.5W per bulb (LED), so you choose the bulb that suits the room. It is a Class II fitting for a qualified electrician to wire in to the mains.

The body and wall plate are brass and the shade is glass, and every Cordelia is made to order for you in Ireland. The Matt Black is a paint colour, RAL 9005, and the White is RAL 9010, which is handy if you are matching a wall, a skirting board or other fittings in the room. On the practical side, the maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered. Our photographs show the Antique Silver, Antique Brass, Matt Black and Polished Brass finishes.
