Description

The Coralina cushion carries a bold, hand-drawn tropical print across the whole of its face: broad spotted leaves in deep green, a red-and-pink striped frond, orange seed pods and a scatter of dotted shapes set against turquoise, coral and navy. It is a square cushion cover made from 100% polyester, printed on one side with the design shown and finished plain on the reverse. The single size measures 43 x 43cm, the standard scatter-cushion dimension that most pads and inners are sold to fit.

This is an outdoor cushion, so it earns its place on a garden bench, a rattan sofa or a set of patio chairs, and it will happily come indoors on a sofa or a reading chair too. The palette is deliberately loud, which makes it an easy partner for other bright prints and solid colours: sit it beside a plain pink, orange or lime cushion, as shown, and the print does the work while the solids give the eye somewhere to rest. Because polyester is a water-resistant fibre, this cover is made to shrug off a passing shower and the odd spill rather than soak them up, which is what you want from a seat that lives outside.
