Two G9 bulb sockets sit behind the crystal layers, casting light through the faceted glass to create sparkle and refraction across vanity walls and mirrors.

Designed for installation beside bathroom mirrors or in pairs flanking a vanity unit, the Coniston projects 110mm from the wall and provides both task and decorative light. The IP44 rating protects against water splashes, making it suitable for positioning near sinks, baths and shower enclosures where moisture is present but not direct spray. The compact 200mm height suits bathrooms with limited wall space between mirror edges and adjacent fittings.

The tiered crystal arrangement creates four distinct layers, with each layer holding multiple faceted droplets that catch and scatter light. What does the IP44 rating mean for bathroom use?

IP44 protection means the fitting is splash-proof and can be used in bathroom zones 2 and 3 — areas around baths, sinks and vanities where water splashes may occur but not direct spray from showers. It cannot be installed inside shower enclosures or directly above baths (zone 1).

What bulbs does it take?

The Coniston takes two G9 capsule bulbs up to 10W each, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for flattering bathroom lighting. Dimmable bulbs are required if you intend to use a dimmer switch.

Can it be installed beside a mirror?

Yes. The 200mm width and 110mm projection suit installation on either side of a bathroom mirror, providing task lighting for grooming while the crystal droplets add decorative interest. For symmetrical installations, buy in pairs.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power at the mains. Wipe each crystal droplet gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the chrome frame or letting water enter the bulb sockets.
