The Coniston is a 17cm crystal pendant light built around a French gold metal frame that suspends layered tiers of precision-cut clear crystal droplets. A single E27 bulb fitting sits inside the crystal cascade, turning the pendant into both a light source and a decorative centrepiece when illuminated. The crystals refract light outward in multiple directions, creating scattered highlights on nearby walls and ceilings.

Designed for hallways, dining nooks, bedrooms and compact entryways where a full-size chandelier would overpower the space, the Coniston provides decorative presence at a 17cm diameter without dominating the ceiling plane. The 340-1270mm adjustable drop allows the pendant to be set high in a low-ceiling hallway or hung lower over a console table or dining table depending on the room layout. Does the Coniston come with a bulb?

No. The pendant takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 20W, sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 4-8W and 2700K-3000K to complement the French gold frame and enhance the crystal refraction.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, provided you use a dimmable E27 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The pendant itself has no electronics — dimming capability depends entirely on the bulb and dimmer pairing.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 340mm minimum drop suits low ceilings of 2.2-2.4m, while the 1270mm maximum drop allows the pendant to hang lower over a table or console in rooms with higher ceilings. Adjust the chain length during installation to suit the room.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow the bulb to cool. Remove dust with a dry microfibre cloth or soft brush. For fingerprints or more stubborn marks, dampen a cloth with distilled water and wipe gently, then dry immediately. Avoid sprays or chemical cleaners that may leave residue on the cut facets.
