The Clasanne is a two light spotlight bar for the ceiling: a pair of bell-shaped spots hung from a straight steel bar that crosses a round ceiling plate. The steel carries an antique nickel finish with a fine brushed grain, and each shade is lined in cream, so the inside of every spot looks warm and soft against the darker metal. It measures 37cm long, 6.5cm wide and 17cm high. Each spot takes a GU10 lamp rated at 2.8W, giving 250 lumens per light, and the bar is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in a dry room.

Because each head angles independently on its own bracket, you can aim one at a bookcase and the other at an armchair, a picture or a desk. That makes it a handy choice for a living room, a study, a landing or a dining room, anywhere a single central light leaves the corners dull.
