Description

The Citronic BatBar-100 is a rechargeable effects bar fitted with 24 high output 4W RGBW LEDs. These 4-in-1 LEDs mix red, green, blue and white, so you get colour washes and patterns across walls, ceilings and floors, with up to 16.7 million colours available. The 35 degree beam angle suits indoor spaces where you need to cover a large area with even colour.

You can run the bar in auto or sound activated modes using the preset internal colour sequences, and both modes can be adjusted with extra speed and sensitivity settings. For full control, connect it by DMX (DMX512 compatible) in 6, 9, 16, 30 or 58 channel modes, and link several units together for a bigger effect using master/slave. The 3-pin XLR DMX in and out and the twist and lock power connections keep multi-unit setups tidy and secure.

The internal 10000mAh lithium ion battery is the main draw here. It gives up to 8 hours on a single colour, around 6 hours in auto and about 3 hours at full power, with a 5 hour charge time. That makes the BatBar-100 a sensible choice for venues and events where mains power isn't close to hand. It comes with dual tilt adjustable brackets for hanging or free standing use, measures 60 x 60 x 1005mm and weighs 2.6kg.
