The Citronic ABS445 is a moulded ABS carry case built to protect equipment such as mixers, wireless microphones and audio processors while you move between venues. The hard outer shell resists knocks and keeps its shape, so your gear stays cushioned inside rather than taking the brunt of a bump. It suits anyone who regularly packs down and transports smaller audio kit.

Inside you get a segmented foam interior made up of pre-cut squares. You pluck out the pieces you don't need to leave a close-fitting recess shaped around your own equipment, which holds it firmly and stops it shifting in transit. The remaining foam forms a protective cushion on all sides. This pick-and-pluck approach means one case can be set up for different items over time.

A moulded carry handle sits flush with the shell for a comfortable grip, and sliding latches (also called slide locks) keep the lid shut securely on the move. The case is made from ABS, a tough plastic used widely for protective cases, so it copes with the day-to-day demands of gigging and touring. It's a straightforward way to keep valuable audio hardware safe when it isn't in use.
