Description

The Knightsbridge CCT outdoor LED wall pack is a wall-mounted security and area light with selectable colour temperature (3000K, 4000K or 6500K), selectable wattage (22W or 28W), and an integrated photocell sensor for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. The black polycarbonate and aluminium housing carries an IP65 rating for outdoor use in exposed positions including car parks, building entrances, walkways and service yards.

The CCT selector allows the colour temperature to be set during installation by flicking a switch inside the housing, giving the option of warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K) or cool white (6500K) without needing to stock multiple SKUs. The wattage selector similarly allows a choice between 22W (1240-1300lm output depending on CCT) or 28W (1800-1950lm) to suit the area being lit. The photocell sensor mounted on the top of the housing detects ambient light levels and switches the LED on at dusk and off at dawn, or can be disconnected for manual control via an external switch.

The prismatic diffuser spreads light across a 100-degree beam, providing even coverage across walkways and parking bays without harsh hotspots directly below the fitting. The 218mm height and 147mm width give a compact footprint that sits flush on rendered walls, blockwork or cladding, with cable entry through a rear knockout. The Class II double-insulated construction removes the need for an earth connection, simplifying wiring on older buildings. Rated for 50,000 hours at L70B50, the integrated SMD LED is designed to retain at least 70% of its initial lumen output after 50,000 hours of continuous operation.

How do I set the colour temperature and wattage?

Both are selectable via switches inside the housing before final installation. The CCT switch offers 3000K (warm white), 4000K (neutral white) or 6500K (cool white). The wattage switch offers 22W or 28W output. Once set, the housing is sealed and the settings remain fixed.

Can the photocell sensor be overridden?

Yes. The photocell can be disconnected during installation if you prefer manual control via an external switch. Instructions are in the datasheet linked in the Downloads tab.

What IP rating does it carry?

IP65. The housing is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making it suitable for fully exposed outdoor positions including coastal and industrial environments.

Does it need an earth connection?

No. The Class II double-insulated construction removes the need for an earth wire, simplifying installation on older buildings where earthing may be inconsistent or unavailable.
