Description

The Castle S60 is a round pendant light: a shallow drum 60cm across and 10cm tall, sold in White, Black or Oak. Its integrated LED draws 17.4W and gives 3416 lumens at 3000K, a warm white, so there is no bulb to buy or change. With a CRI of 90, food, fabrics and skin tones look true under it. The light comes from the whole underside of the drum, which makes this LED pendant light a good choice wherever you want a broad glow over a wide surface rather than a single bright point.

With a maximum drop of 200cm, it suits a dining table, where its 60cm width sits comfortably over the table, or the centre of a living room. It dims on DALI or push dimming, so you can turn it down for a quiet evening or bring it up for reading and homework. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. The choice of finish lets it suit the room: White keeps it light against a pale ceiling, Black gives a crisp outline, and Oak brings the warmth of wood to a room with timber furniture.

The round canopy is 11cm across and only 2.5cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling. The fitting runs on 230V mains, is Class I, and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. The design is by Stone Designs. Before you order, measure the drop you need, keeping within the 200cm maximum, and choose your finish from White, Black or Oak so it sits well with the ceiling and furniture around it.
