Description

This is a brass conduit adaptor for our bulkhead lights, in an antique brass finish. It is a short, sturdy threaded piece. A wide collar, threaded on the inside, sits at the top, a hexagonal band runs around the middle, and a narrower spigot, threaded on the outside, projects beneath it. The collar carries the darker, aged antique brass tone, while the hexagon and the spigot show a brighter brass.

It fits the Grand Cabin, Grand Capstan, Horatio, Horatio Junior, Merchant, Mini Compass Guard, Palaemon, Palaemon North, Small Cabin, Small Siren, Trident and Trident Shield bulkheads. Where the cable to one of these lights runs in conduit, this adaptor is the piece that joins the conduit to the light, so the run finishes on a threaded brass connection.

Brass is a material that darkens and mellows outdoors over the years, so expect the colour to deepen gradually on an outside wall.
