Description

Brio Bronze S is a round illuminated wall mirror, 82cm across and 4cm deep, in bronze mirrored glass with an indirect LED behind it. The light is warm white at 3000K and it is fed by a cord, so the mirror does not need wiring into the wall. The glass is bronze rather than clear, which warms the reflection and makes the piece read softer than a plain mirror of the same size.

It suits a hallway or a living room, and it works particularly well above a dressing table or a console where the indirect light is useful as well as decorative. It weighs 10KG and hangs on two hooks with wall plugs, both supplied, with nothing to assemble first. Because the LED is built in there is no lamp to buy and none to replace. At 4cm deep it stands slightly off the wall, which is what gives the indirect light somewhere to go.

The mirror is bronze mirrored glass with the indirect LED and its cord, made in Belgium. We cover the mirror for seven years and the LED for two. It is not rated for bathroom use, so keep it to dry rooms, and its Clear sibling is the one to choose if a bathroom is where it needs to go. Where 82cm is not the right diameter it can be made to order from 25 pieces. At 10KG it is a comfortable one-person lift onto a solid fixing, and the two hooks mean it can be levelled on the wall rather than sitting wherever a single fixing puts it.
