Description

The Brillix is a 100cm LED bollard light built from black powder-coated metal with an integrated LED casting 4000K neutral white light downward from the angled head. The IP54 rating protects the internal components from dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making the bollard suitable for open gardens, driveways, patios and pathways exposed to rain.

Designed for path delineation and low-level accent lighting rather than task illumination, the Brillix casts a controlled pool of light at ground level without creating glare at eye height. The 100cm post height sits below typical sightlines when viewed across a garden or patio, so the bollard marks edges and boundaries without dominating the space. The angled head directs light downward and forward, illuminating approximately 1.5-2m of pathway ahead of each post.

The black finish on the metal housing absorbs daylight during the day, allowing the bollard to recede visually into planting or against dark paving, then becomes a functional light source after dark. The 4000K colour temperature sits between warm white (2700-3000K) and cool white (5000K+), providing a neutral white light that renders colours accurately without the yellow cast of warmer LEDs or the clinical tone of cooler ones. The metal construction resists corrosion and UV degradation better than plastic equivalents.
