Description

The Bolognano is a smart LED floor lamp in a grey finish: a single slim column standing upright on a flat, square base plate. Its body is aluminium and steel, and the shade is white plastic. It stands 150cm tall, 6.5cm long and 2.5cm wide, a narrow profile that sits neatly in a corner or beside a sofa without crowding the room. The light source is integrated LED, drawing 10.5W and giving 1,380lm, with the light built into the lamp rather than a separate bulb. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in a dry room.

We see it in a living room, a bedroom or a home office, anywhere a tall, quiet column of light earns its place. The colour temperature adjusts from 2700 to 6500K, so you can move from a warm, relaxed white in the evening to a crisp, cool white when you need to concentrate. It also changes colour (RGB), which suits anyone who likes to set a mood for a film night or a gathering of friends. Because it is dimmable, you can bring the light down low for a softer room after dark. It is controlled by app, where brightness, colour and white tone are all set, and it also works with a remote control, sold separately.

There is no switch on the lamp itself: it is switched at the wall, and the app looks after everything else. It runs at 220-240V, 50/60Hz and carries energy class F. The grey finish on the aluminium and steel body is soft and neutral, sitting comfortably alongside white walls, pale wood or darker furniture. Packed, it weighs 2.965KG. The installation instructions come as a download, so you can read through the setup in advance.
