Description

The Blingo UIP is a recessed LED panel light delivering up to 24W and 3000 lumens of cool white 4000K output, with a wide 90 deg beam that spreads light evenly across the room below. Across the Atlantic the same rectangular 600x300 mm format is known as a 1x2 troffer, the standard drop-ceiling size for offices and utility spaces. It is a driverless panel, which means the electronics sit on board and it wires straight to mains AC with no separate driver to find or fit. With a Ra 90 colour rendering figure, colours and surfaces look natural and true under its light.

This panel suits offices, kitchens, corridors and reception areas where a clean, low-profile ceiling line is wanted. At 3000 lumens it covers around 10 m² at general lighting levels, so a pair or more can be planned across a larger open-plan floor for a consistent wash. Because it is recessed, it needs a suspended grid or a ceiling void with clearance above for the body, and at only 30 mm deep it fits shallow plenums comfortably. The IP54 splash rating also makes it sound in bathroom zones and covered outdoor spots such as a porch or carport, though it should be kept away from direct water jets and fully exposed positions.

Built from steel with a white finish, the Blingo UIP measures 595 × 295 × 30 mm and weighs 810 g, slim enough to recess neatly into a grid. The IP54 sealing on the lit face guards against splashes and dust ingress. As a driverless fitting it runs direct from the mains with no external transformer required, simplifying both the wiring and the spares list.
