Description
The Blade is a floor lamp drawn as one tall, slim vertical line, a fine aluminium blade rising from a small round foot with the light running down its length. An opal silicone diffuser softens the built-in LED into an even glow rather than a hard edge, and the output is directional, casting light out to one side rather than in a full circle. Lit, it reads as a single bright stroke of warm light against the dark frame; off, it recedes to a narrow black spine that all but vanishes in a corner.
It stands 2512mm tall on a 250mm base, a striking, near-architectural height that draws the eye upward and suits a room with tall walls, a stairwell, a corner of a large living room or a hallway. The narrow profile takes almost no floor, so the height reads as a clean line rather than a bulky fitting.
The base and blade body are aluminium, powder-coated in black, and the light source sits behind a protective opal silicone diffuser. An integrated LED gives 1900 lumens at 3000K warm white, with a colour rendering index above 90 and a long 50,000 hour life, so tones stay true and there is no bulb to buy. It has a dimmer on board, so the level can be set from a soft background wash to full, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Blade give?
A soft, warm vertical line of light. The integrated LED runs behind an opal silicone diffuser down the blade, giving 1900 lumens at 3000K warm white with a colour rendering index above 90, thrown out to one side as a directional wash rather than a full circle.
Is it dimmable?
Yes. The Blade has a dimmer on board, so the output can be set from a low background glow up to its full 1900 lumens without a separate wall dimmer.
Does it need a bulb?
No. An integrated LED is built in and included, rated at 15W for 1900 lumens and around 50,000 hours, so there is nothing separate to fit or replace.
How tall is it and where does it suit?
It stands 2512mm tall on a 250mm base, a bold near-ceiling height. It suits a room with tall walls, a stairwell, a corner of a large living room or a hallway where a slim, striking vertical line is wanted.
