The Beserah is a square piece of relief wall art, hand-painted in a soft cream and made up of four sections that sit together as one piece. Four curved grooves run across the textured surface: two sweep in to meet at a point near the middle, and two more curve down towards the base, so light catches each edge and lays a gentle shadow along it. It measures 100cm wide and 100cm high, and at just 3.7cm deep it sits close to the wall rather than standing out from it.

As a single large square, it gives a wide stretch of wall a clear focal point without bringing in a colour that competes with the rest of the room. The cream works against a painted wall, whether deep green, warm grey or navy, and the curving lines add movement to a calm scheme.
