Description

The Bella Direct is a slim LED pendant light: a flat, round disc in a black finish, 10.1cm across and just 1.3cm tall, held on a fine black stem 14cm long. A white ring diffuser runs around the underside of the disc and casts the light downwards. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It gives 388lm with a CRI of 90, which keeps faces, food and fabrics looking true to colour. We offer it in 2700K for a warmer glow or 3000K for a slightly crisper white, and it draws 4.5W or 6.5W depending on the version.

Its compact size and downward light make it a natural fit for a dining room, hung over the table, or a living room, where a single disc can light a side table or a reading chair. Hang one on its own or several along a long table. The drop goes up to 300cm, so it suits tall ceilings as well as standard ones. It comes in two versions: with canopy, a black cylinder 5.5cm across and 13cm tall, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies, which are sold separately and let several pendants share one ceiling fitting. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The disc and stem share one black finish, so the pendant reads as a single clean line from ceiling to table. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. For the 24V DC version only, it needs a remote 24V DC driver, which is not included and is sold separately. The driver supplies the power the light runs on. Before ordering, choose your colour temperature. Then decide whether you want the canopy included or plan to hang the pendant from a multi-pendant canopy, as that settles what your electrician will fit.
