Description

Eight slim arms sweep out from a central stem, each ending in a small candle lamp holder, so the fitting reads as a ring of little flames rather than one bright source. The frame measures 59cm across and wears an antique brass finish, a warm and slightly darkened tone that takes the hard edge off bare metal. It comes without shades, so the lamps themselves do the decorative work, and slender candle bulbs suit the arms best. With dimmable lamps fitted, the light can be taken down low.

This is a sensible choice where the ceiling is not especially high and a hanging pendant would sit in the way: a hallway, a landing, a bedroom, or above a dining table in a room with beams. The width gives it presence across a wider space, and the light spreads sideways as much as downwards, which keeps a room soft rather than spotlit. We reach for it when a chandelier shape is wanted without the long drop that usually comes with one, and we would pair it with clear candle lamps for sparkle or opal for a calmer glow.

The arms and central body are metal throughout, with the antique brass carried across the whole frame.
