The Bano is a 115cm linear suspension light with a polished chrome rectangular frame and multiple strands of faceted crystal prisms cascading from its underside. An integrated 40W LED strip runs the full length of the frame, delivering 4200 lumens at 4000K cool white through a 120° beam angle. The LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and long console tables, the Bano suits spaces requiring both functional task light and decorative presence. The 1150mm length works over tables 1400-1800mm long, with the fixture typically positioned 700-900mm above the tabletop. The drop is adjustable between 340mm and 1830mm during installation, allowing flexibility across different ceiling heights. The polished chrome finish reflects both the LED light and ambient room light, amplifying brightness.

Each crystal strand is cut with multiple facets that refract the LED light into dispersed patterns across the table surface and surrounding walls. The rectangular frame measures 110mm wide, giving the fixture a slim profile that works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards without dominating sightlines. At 4kg, the suspension uses reinforced steel cables that maintain horizontal alignment and minimise sway. The 1150mm fixture length works best over tables between 1400mm and 1800mm long. For shorter tables the fixture may overhang; for tables longer than 2000mm, two Bano fixtures can be installed in series.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is set during installation by shortening the suspension cables to the required length. Once cut and fitted, the cables cannot be extended, so measure the desired drop carefully before final installation.

How is the crystal maintained?

Dust accumulates on the crystal prisms over time. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth every few months. For deeper cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water can be used, but avoid soaking the crystals or getting moisture into the LED housing.
