Description

The Balance is a 656mm-high table lamp built around a white painted metal cantilever arm extending from a circular weighted base, with a polished nickel counterweight bar and a grey cylinder fabric shade. An E27 bulb fitting sits inside the shade behind a white fabric diffuser that softens light output and reduces glare. The lamp takes bulbs up to 60W (sold separately).

Designed for bedside tables, desks and console surfaces where directed reading light is needed without drilling into walls, the Balance uses a weighted base to hold the cantilevered arm stable. The shade sits approximately 470mm forward of the base, allowing it to overhang a bedside or desk edge and position light directly over a book or laptop. The grey cylinder shade contains the light cone and prevents spill into peripheral vision when seated beside the lamp.
