Description

This framed cloud plaque welcomes a baby boy with a gentle little scene and a few heartfelt words. A white cloud sits raised on a pale blue mount. On it, a grey elephant holds a heart-patterned balloon by its trunk, with a small blue flower beside it and the words "Our DREAMS came true when we first saw you", with dreams picked out in capitals. Beneath the cloud, between two white hearts, a line names him our precious baby boy. The whole piece is made from MDF and set in a crisp white frame. It measures 16.5cm high, 22cm wide and 2cm deep, a size that sits comfortably on a nursery wall without crowding it.

Hang it in a nursery or a little one's bedroom, where the soft blue and grey sit easily with pastel walls and white furniture. It makes a thoughtful birth gift, a sweet present to bring to a baby shower, or a gentle way to share the happy news at a gender reveal. Parents welcoming a baby boy tend to treasure a keepsake like this. It suits a little one from birth through the first three years and stays on the wall long after the first tiny clothes are packed away. It is a piece for their room to keep, not one for small hands to play with.

The cloud is cut from MDF and mounted so it stands slightly proud of the blue backing, while the plain white frame keeps the look clean. A metal hanging bracket on the back lets it go straight up on a single nail or picture hook. Care is simple: dust it with a soft dry cloth and keep it away from damp, as MDF is happiest kept dry. For gifting, we like to pair it with a card from the family. Once it is home, it looks lovely hung above the cot or changing table.
