Description

The AV:Link VGA wall plate module is a 50mm x 25mm clip-in module with a VGA socket on the faceplate side and a 19mm female tail projecting from the rear. The module sits within a compatible modular faceplate frame, allowing VGA display cables to terminate at a wall outlet rather than trailing across rooms or desks.

Designed for classrooms, meeting rooms, offices and home AV installations where display devices are mounted or positioned away from source equipment, the module creates a fixed connection point that keeps cables contained within walls or trunking. The female tail accepts a standard VGA cable from the source equipment behind the wall, while the front socket accepts the display cable running to a projector, monitor or screen.

The module clips into AV:Link modular frames (122.500UK single-gang or 122.505UK double-gang, sold separately), which mount onto standard UK back boxes. Multiple modules can be combined in a single frame to create custom AV outlet configurations mixing VGA, HDMI, audio and other connection types. The white finish matches standard electrical accessories and the compact 50 x 25mm footprint allows two modules side-by-side in a double-gang frame.
