Description

The AV:Link wall plate module presents a front-facing 3.5mm stereo jack socket in a white 50mm x 25mm clip-in unit, with a 20mm female fly lead extending from the rear. The front socket accepts standard 3.5mm stereo jack plugs from headphones, portable speakers or audio devices, while the rear tail connects to an audio source cable concealed behind the wall.

Designed for permanent audio connection points in homes, offices, schools and commercial spaces, the module eliminates trailing cables across floors and desks by routing audio through the wall cavity. The module clips into compatible grid frames (AVSL 122.500UK single-gang or 122.505UK double-gang frames, sold separately) which mount onto standard UK back boxes, allowing multiple audio or AV modules to be combined in a single faceplate.

The white finish matches standard UK electrical accessories and blends into light-coloured walls. At 13g the module adds minimal weight to a multi-module grid plate. The 50mm x 25mm footprint is a single-width grid module, so two of these can fit side-by-side in a double-gang frame to create left and right channel connection points for stereo systems.
