This 1-gang multimedia wallplate brings the latest connections together in one place, with an 8K HDMI socket and a USB4 Type-C socket built into a standard faceplate. It gives you a clean, single point to plug in your devices, keeping your desk or wall tidy and free from trailing cables. It suits domestic, commercial and educational settings, so it works just as well at home as it does in an office or classroom.

The rear of the plate is fitted with cables and connectors, so you connect to existing runs without any rewiring. Fixing screws are supplied, and the plate follows the usual 85 x 85mm faceplate footprint, so it fits standard back boxes. The HDMI socket handles resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 (8K) at 120Hz, with a maximum bandwidth of 48Gbps, giving you plenty of headroom for high-resolution displays.

The USB4 Type-C connection runs at up to 40Gbps and supports Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge (QC), so you can move data and charge compatible devices through the same port.
