ATL5 GU10 Track Light - White

The ATL5 GU10-W is a track light head built around a single GU10 lamp, rated for a maximum of 10W and running on 220-240V AC mains. Track lighting like this clips onto a powered track rail so each head can be slid along, angled and aimed independently, letting you point light exactly where it is needed rather than fixing it in one spot. Sold widely in the US as a track light or track head, the format suits anyone wanting flexible, repositionable spots from one continuous supply. The PAR16 lamp format gives a controlled spot, and because the head pivots you can throw light onto a wall, shelf or work surface.

The ATL5 works well over kitchen worktops, in retail displays, galleries and open-plan rooms where the lighting layout may need to change. Mount it to the track at standard ceiling height and angle the head to graze artwork or pick out a feature. Because the heads can be added, moved or re-aimed as the layout changes, a single track run can be reconfigured without rewiring. As this is a directional spot rather than ambient room lighting, judge it on beam throw and aim rather than a coverage area, and combine several heads along the track for broader fill.

The head is made from aluminium alloy in a white finish and weighs 240 g, keeping the load on the track low. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor use only and should be kept clear of bathrooms, damp areas and any outdoor location. No driver is included, as the GU10 lamp runs direct from mains.
