Description
The Atl1 is a track-mounted spotlight head that pushes a focused 60° beam from a single compact body. It runs at 30W and puts out 3000 lumens at a cool white 4000K, with strong Ra 90 colour rendering that keeps tones reading accurately under the light. Track lighting, the term US buyers will recognise just as readily, lets a row of these heads share one electrical track so each one can be aimed independently. The 60° spread is tight enough to pick out a defined area rather than wash a whole room evenly, which makes it a directional fitting first and foremost.
Aimed onto a feature wall, artwork or a retail display, the Atl1 throws a controlled cone of light that grazes the surface and lifts what sits beneath it; angle several heads along the same run and you can light a sequence of zones from one feed. Because the beam is directional rather than ambient, think in terms of accent throw and target distance rather than floor coverage, and mount it on three-phase track at a height that lets the 60° cone reach the surface you want without spilling past it. It suits shop fit-outs, galleries, studios and open-plan interiors where the layout shifts and the lighting needs to follow.
The head is built from aluminium alloy in a black finish and weighs 790g, light enough to reposition along the track without strain. It is rated IP20, so keep it to dry indoor locations only, away from damp or exposed spots. The fitting is not dimmable and is rated for 50,000 hours of life. Mounting is via the three-phase track adaptor at the base, which both holds the head and carries the supply, so heads can be added, moved or re-aimed as a space changes. The wider Atl1 range offers further track heads and accessories to build out a full run.

Frequently Asked
What is track lighting and how does it work?
Track lighting is a system where one electrical track, fixed to the ceiling or wall, carries the supply along its length. Individual heads like the Atl1 clip onto that track and draw power from it, so you can position and aim each head separately. It is a flexible way to light several points from a single feed.
What track does the Atl1 fit?
The Atl1 mounts onto three-phase track via the adaptor at the base of the head. Three-phase track allows multiple circuits along one run, so heads can be grouped and switched independently. Check your existing track is three-phase before ordering.
Can I add or move heads as my layout changes?
Yes. The heads connect to the track rather than being hard-wired in place, so you can slide them along the run, re-aim the 60° beam, or add further heads from the range. This makes the system well suited to retail and display spaces where the layout shifts over time.
How do I clean the Atl1?
Switch off the supply and let the head cool first. Wipe the aluminium body and lens with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, avoiding solvents or abrasive cleaners. As an IP20 fitting it must stay dry, so keep moisture clear of the unit during cleaning.
