Description

The Aston is a 380mm square lantern chandelier with six E14 candle bulbs arranged on two tiers inside a frame of bevelled clear glass panels and antique brass metalwork. Three bulbs sit on the upper tier, three on the lower, giving balanced light distribution within the cubic enclosure. The bevelled glass edges refract light outward while the clear panels allow unobstructed visibility of the candle-style bulbs inside.

Designed for entrance halls, stairwells and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Aston suits both traditional and contemporary interiors where a lantern silhouette is needed. The drop adjusts between 900mm and 2350mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or hung deeper in double-height entrance halls and stairwells. The 380mm footprint works in spaces from 3m² hallways up to 6m² dining rooms without dominating the ceiling plane.

The antique brass finish has a warm, slightly oxidised tone that softens reflections compared to polished brass and pairs well with oak, walnut and warm-toned stone flooring. The bevelled glass panels are set into the brass frame with visible corner joints, giving the fixture a constructed, architectural quality rather than appearing seamless. At 15kg the chandelier requires secure ceiling fixings into joists or reinforced ceiling roses, particularly when hung at maximum extension.
