Description

The Aspen F40 is a floor lamp with a wide drum head, built as two stacked drums with a perforated ring between them, held up on a slim stem above a round base. It stands 163cm tall. The shade is 40cm across and 33cm tall, and the base is 40cm across, matching the width of the shade. It takes three E27 bulbs of up to 10W each, which are sold separately and are what give the lamp its light. The lamp is dimmable, so you can bring the light down low when the evening calls for something softer.

We see it at home in a living room, standing beside a sofa or an armchair, or filling an empty corner with a gentle pool of light. The broad head brings a strong graphic shape to a room, and with so many colours to choose from it suits anyone who likes to match a lamp to a wall, a fabric or a favourite chair, or to add one bold note to a quieter scheme. It runs on mains power. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.
