Arenales Glass Pendant Light - Brushed Brass

The Arenales is a glass pendant light that pairs a white globe of matt opal glass with a flat disc of brushed brass, set just above the glass like the brim of a hat. The body is steel in a brushed brass finish, hung on a black cord from a matching round ceiling canopy. It measures 18cm in diameter and 150cm in overall height. It takes a single E27 bulb of up to 40W, which is not included, and carries an IP20 rating, so it is made for dry rooms indoors, away from steam and splashing water.

A single pendant like this suits the places where you want a soft, gathered glow: over a dining table, beside the bed in place of a lamp, or above a kitchen island. Hung in a pair or a row, the round globes repeat neatly along a counter. The opal glass diffuses the bulb, so you see a gentle, even light rather than a bright point, and the brass disc picks up a warm sheen from the glowing glass. At 18cm across it is compact enough for a hallway or a small landing, where a larger shade would crowd the space.
