Description

The Arena Acoustic is a large, slim disc pendant light, 98cm across and just 5.3cm tall, with a brushed titanium ring framing a grey textured panel that fills the whole circle. The light is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It glows from a thin band around the inside edge of the ring and washes downwards, giving 1434lm of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, so food, fabrics and skin tones look true to life. It is dimmable, so you can bring it down low for an evening meal.

We see it over a dining table, where its wide, flat circle puts a soft pool of light where everyone sits, or centred in a living room as the main ceiling light. It hangs on fine cables from a round canopy 20.6cm across, with a drop of up to 500cm, so it suits ordinary ceilings and tall, open spaces alike. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms only. For dimming, it works with a DALI control system or a simple push-button switch, so it fits a fully controlled home as easily as a single room.

The brushed titanium finish has a soft metallic sheen that sits comfortably beside warm woods, pale stone and darker painted walls. The grey panel gives the underside a quiet, matt texture rather than a hard, shiny face. At just 5.3cm tall, the disc reads as a fine line from across the room. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician, and the drop is set to suit your ceiling and table when it is installed. Before ordering, measure the space you have in mind and allow for the full 98cm circle, so it sits with room to spare.
